A student of Art Center Europe in Switzerland, Arik Levy has taught at École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle (ENSCI) and led design workshops at various design schools in Europe. Today, he works on industrial, interior and graphic design projects for the international market.
Levy’s Fire Tools (2007) are a modern reinterpretation of traditional fire tools constructed of sturdy lightweight aluminum with rubber handles for a firm grip. Store the tools in the included aluminum bucket, which also has room for a few extra logs, kindling, lighters and matches. In cheeky fashion, Levy has emblazoned “fire” on the bucket to remind users what the tools are for, lest they forget.
The set includes tongs, shovel, brush and a bucket.
