Unveiled this past September, the Netatmo Thermostat for Smartphone remotely controls your heating. Anywhere, anytime, from the touch of a button the user can monitor and adjust heating from a smartphone, tablet or PC with the free App. Widely compatible, it replaces most wired and wireless thermostats on the market and can be used with fuel, gas and wood systems.
The Thermostat adapts to your life by observing your habits: it knows what time the day starts, when the kids get home from school and when it’s time to go to sleep. It self‐regulates to provide a comfortable temperature adapted to your activities while economizing energy.
The Thermostat is for anyone interested in reducing their energy bill and reducing their carbon footprint. By showing the user temperature data and a history of energy consumption, the user can understand how to manage their budget and measure their impact on the environment, and thus avoid wasting energy and reduce their carbon footprint.
Last year, Netatmo was recognized with a CES award for the Weather Station, which measures the quality of the air inside and outside the home.
Designed by Starck, the Netatmo Thermostat for smartphone incorporates the values and aesthetics of the brand. The audacious yet minimalist design fits perfectly into any interior.
“We are very proud to be recognized by the CEA this year for our Thermostat for Smartphone. Receiving the CES Innovations Design and Engineering award is the ultimate recompense for our work on an international level,” said Fred Potter, founder and CEO of Netatmo. Sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association, the producer of the International CES, which is the global gathering place for all who thrive on the business of consumer technology, this award recognizes Netatmo’s exceptional achievement. It joins a small percentage of other products that are given this honour each year.
