Unveiled this past September, the Netatmo Thermostat for Smartphone remotely controls your heating. Anywhere, anytime, from the touch of a button the user can monitor and adjust heating from a smartphone, tablet or PC with the free App. Widely compatible, it replaces most wired and wireless thermostats on the market and can be used with fuel, gas and wood systems.
The Thermostat adapts to your life by observing your habits: it knows what time the day starts, when the kids get home from school and when it’s time to go to sleep. It self‐regulates to provide a comfortable temperature adapted to your activities while economizing energy.
The Thermostat is for anyone interested in reducing their energy bill and reducing their carbon footprint. ● Aesthetic and design qualities, using photos provided
● The product’s intended use/function and user value
● Why the product deserves the Innovations award, including specifics regarding its unique/novel features and features that consumers would find attractive
● How the design and innovation of this product directly compare to other products in the market place
Products entered in this prestigious program are judged by a preeminent panel of independent industrial designers, independent engineers and members of the trade media to honor outstanding design and engineering in cutting edge consumer electronics products.
