Designed in London and housing a Swiss quartz movement, Boston & Stewill have just released the stunning Tourer II. Taking inspiration from classic race car speedometers, the Tourer II features two fully functional sub- dials and more uniquely, a bull-head design - meaning the crown sits at the 12 o’clock position.
The collection has been over a year and a half in the making with founder Will Boddy keen to point out that the team took their time to make sure that they found the right materials and manufacturer. Elements such as 316L stainless steel and sapphire crystal set this watch apart from others.
Will also mentioned his vision for Boston & Stewill going forward, “We want our brand to grow and grow. We have a five year plan and some ambitious goals. Already mapped out are a number of key objectives we aim to achieve that include launching a line of high end jewellery accessories to name but one. We hope that that people not only buy our watch because it is a beautiful timepiece but because they want to buy into a new, up and coming brand”.
Watch enthusiasts have the opportunity to choose from three dial colours – white, cream and black, while strap options are simply black or brown leather, albeit with contrasting stitching.
They range in price from £150 ($232) to £225 ($349) depending on how early you back the project and secure your watch. RRP will be £399 ($620).
